MEET SARAH!
Hi! I’m Sarah Burke Dimitrov, a fertility doula (certifying) and certified babywearing educator. With my own experiences along both paths in hand, I have sought training and mentorship to support others through deeply personal, tender transitions with care and clarity.
I offer local, in-person support on the territories of the W̱SÁNEĆ and lək̓ʷəŋən speaking People (known as the Greater Victoria Area in BC, Canada) and online worldwide.

Whether you want someone to talk you through what to expect with fertility testing and treatments, to provide a listening ear, or to accompany you to procedures, I tailor support to meet you where you’re at with your fertility treatments.
In-person/virtual support: $100/hour
Texting support: $75/week -
Early pregnancy can bring many mixed emotions, especially after fertility treatments or previous pregnancy loss. I provide informational and emotional support as you navigate the first few weeks of pregnancy. I also provide pregnancy loss support, including in-person support at home or at procedures.

Learn to chart your cycle and get ongoing support to understand your charts. Includes initial 1-hour consultation, two 30-minute follow-up sessions, and texting/email support for 2 cycles. Whether you are trying to conceive or simply wanting to know more about your body, charting your cycle can help you unlock the knowledge you need.

BABYWEARING EDUCATION
Learn to use your baby carrier or try some new ones! Thoughtful guidance and support to help you achieve safe, comfortable carrying that works for your body and your baby—from infancy to toddlerhood and beyond.
Book a 15-minute virtual consult ($15) to troubleshoot an issue and determine if you need a longer consultation.

Brief: 30 minutes | $60
The brief babywearing education consultation is great for:
learning to use 1 carrier of your choice really well; or
exploring 1-2 carriers to find a style you like.
Standard: 60 minutes | $100
The standard 60-minute babywearing education consultation is great for:
learning to use 1-2 carrier(s) of your choice really well;
troubleshooting issues you are having with a particular carrier in depth;
exploring 2-3 carriers from my collection to find a style you like;
learning a new skill, such as using a ring sling, woven wrap, or back carrying.
Want to explore more carriers with me or need more time? We can extend the session by 15-minute increments for $25 per 15 minutes.

Milestones Bundle: $360
Includes 4 x 60-minute consultations, ideally spread out according to baby’s development (i.e., prenatal, newborn, 4-6 months, 10-12 months, 12 months+). -

Babywearing Basics & Carrier Selection: 90 minutes | $145
The babywearing basics and carrier selection consultation is great for:
learning the basics of safe infant carrying;
trying on different carrier styles and brands; and
getting hands-on support to select carriers before your baby’s birth.
